10th Annual Maintenance Committee & Scholarship Fundraiser Event: Topgolf Naperville - October 4th, 2023

The 10th Annual CABAA Maintenance Conference and Scholarship Fundraiser will be held on October 4th at TopGolf in Naperville, IL. The day begins at 11:00 am with sign-in, lunch, and networking. TopGolf will begin at 1:00 pm and conclude at 3:00 pm.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities will open up August 1st 2023. We will have a link to the signup on this page at that time.

Golf Sponsorship: $1800

We have golf bays reserved for as many attendees as want to play for three hours. Golf sponsors will be identified as key sponsors for the event. Golf sponsors will be provided a table for networking with customers and displaying their promotional materials, company logo on a banner and shared logo sign, presentation of company name, logo on promotional materials, and announcements throughout the day. Only the two Golf Sponsors will have the option for a brief presentation at the podium. Four event registrations are also included.

Lunch Sponsorship: $1700

The Lunch Sponsor will be identified as key sponsors for the event. Additionally, this sponsor will be provided a table for networking with customers and displaying their promotional materials, company logo on a banner and shared logo sign, presentation of company name and logo on promotional materials, and announcements throughout the day. Four event registrations are also included.

Platinum Sponsorship: $1500

Platinum Sponsors will be provided with a table for networking with customers and displaying their promotional materials, company logo on shared logo boards, presentation of company name and logo on promotional materials and announcements throughout the day. Three event registrations are also included.

Gold Sponsorship: $1200

Gold Level Sponsors are provided with a table for networking with customers and displaying their promotional materials, presentation of company name and logo on promotional materials and announcements throughout the day. Two event registrations are also included.

Silver Sponsorship: $1000

Silver Level Sponsorship includes presentation of company name and logo on promotional materials and announcements throughout the day. One event registration is also included.

Bronze Sponsorship: $500

Bronze Level Sponsorship includes presentation of company name and logo on promotional materials and announcements throughout the day. One event registration is also included.

Product Donations for Raffle I Door Prizes

Funding through Sponsorships is critical to the success of every CABBA event. We understand that product donations are preferred by some companies and cash donations are not possible.
